QYALITY CONTROL

  1. 01. Cutting

    The cutting section is one of the most important sections for manufacturing garments in a clothing factory. We use the latest cutting machine (CAM) operated by experienced cloth-cutters assuring high quality and productivity.

  2. 02. Sewing

    Our in-house stitching unit can maintain quality control during the process. We have many different kinds of specialized sewing machines to meet client needs. We also have over 30 operators capable of large scale production.

  3. 03. Inspection

    For consistent quality, we have strict garment quality inspection procedures. We carry out inspections on the production line, and before clothing is shipped to suppliers and hung on store shelves.

Kuniko Okamoto

Production Manager

Kuniko has devoted herself to sewing and manufacturing. She is still developing her excellent sewing skills gained during her career of more than 40 years to satisfy our customers. Under her motto of “Simple is best”, she devotes her time to finding the most effective and finest sewing ways to meet our customers’ needs.

Naoko Doi

Pattern Maker/CAD Operator

Naoko has been engaged in CAD work for more than 20 years and has acquired excellent skills of making checking, and adjusting patterns and design to create high quality ”Made in Japan” products.
There are 2 CAD operators in our factory at present. They are capable of processing patterns for about 50-60 items (1800-2000 pieces) with precision, in a month.

Yoshiyuki Takeuchi

Cloth-Cutter/CAM Operator

Yoshiyuki has been involved in the sewing industry for more than 20 years. He always contrives ways of cutting and CAM operations considering the features of the fabric to meet the Made in Japan quality.

“Speed and accuracy are the cloth-cutters key issues. Every single cut has to be accurate. There is no room for mistakes and I love working under pressure with that responsibility."
